This year marks the 20th anniversary of  BookPALS (Performing Artists for Literacy in Schools), our signature children’s literacy program where performers inspire imaginations by reading to kids every week.

On Tuesday, May 7 at 9:00 a.m. PT, TUNE IN to our livestream channel for a 20 Years of BookPALS LIVE reading with Kaitlyn Dever (‘Last Man Standing’ and ‘Short Term 12’)  and Jonathan Morgan Heit (‘Jake and the Never Land Pirates’). These young performers will share their gift of storytelling and love of reading with children across the country.

BookPALS, founded in 1993, is an all-volunteer program where 2,200 SAG-AFTRA performers read to more than 60,000 kids in schools, hospitals and social service agencies every month across the country.
