Diane Kruger never seems to miss a beat in the fashion department.
The 39-year-old actress was beautiful and back to blonde as she attended the star-studded Screen Actors Guild Foundation’s 30th Anniversary Celebration in Beverly Hills on Thursday.
Diane was clothed in a strapless number featuring a draping satiny top over a sheer black and white checkerboard skirt that dropped to her ankles.
A bit of leg could be detected along with a black mini underskirt, aided by the pointy black pumps and a boxy clutch.
It was a contemporary dress that highlighted her creamy complexion and golden-blonde hair.
As Diane recently described to Allure magazine, she had a bit of a hair mishap when she tried dying it with a drugstore product.
Unfortunately, the hair colouring gloss turned her locks a ‘dark, mud brown’ that took several visits to the professional hair colourist to correct it.
‘Oh, my God, I hadn’t colored my hair in six months, and I had been away working for two months,’ Diane told the magazine. ‘I’m in New York, and it looked a little dull, so I just thought, I’ll go to [a drugstore] and buy a gloss.
‘Only it turned my hair a dark, mud brown. I called anybody that I know in New York who could help me. Serge Normant [Salon] literally saved me this morning.
‘And now it’s still slightly red, but it’s getting better. I have to keep going back. The woman at the salon who is helping me said it’s going to take three visits.’
Diane’s restored tresses were caught up in a loose updo with trailing strands framing her square jawline.
Her make-up was minimally applied with mascara, blue eye shadow, rouge and a rosy lip gloss.
The Inglourious Basterds star was in good company at the event, which took place at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts and was sponsored by Champagne Tattinger.
The SAG Foundation has bestowed more than $17 million to SAG-AFTRA families and more than $6.5 million in scholarships in recent years.
Leonardo DiCaprio received the Actors Inspiration Award for his illustrious career spanning more than two decades.
Actress Camilla Belle went the sexy and classy route in a strapless black jumpsuit that showed off her ample cleavage.
Camilla added a sparkling pendant necklace and bejeweled bracelet along with a silver clutch.
Scandal star Bellamy Young chose a cleavage-popping black number with front split and embellished detail on each shoulder.
Abigail Spencer, star of Rectify, wore a tuxedo with snowy white shirt and a black bow tie.
Beyond the carpet arrivals, stars got to mingle with one another and pose wtih a magnum of Tattinger champagne including actress Gabourey Sidibe.
