• For accessibility requirements, including sign language interpretation, please email rsvp@sagaftra.foundation with at least three (3) business days’ notice.
• Service Animal policy here.
Failure to follow this code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, which could include being asked to leave a program and limiting your future access to our programs.

• Aggressive, disruptive or unprofessional behavior is not acceptable, and will not be tolerated.
• If you have a concern or issue, we encourage you to express it in the appropriate setting and work toward a resolution.

• Please do not share the zoom link with others.
• Please sign in using your full name (as it appears on your SAG-AFTRA Membership Card), so our host can identify you. If you are using a shared or borrowed device, rename yourself before joining.
• Keep your microphone muted unless you are actively speaking or invited to do so. This helps reduce background noise and creates a better experience for everyone.
• Please be mindful of your environment and appearance if you are visible on camera.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy throughout the session, just as you would in a live, in-person setting.
• We encourage using a stable internet connection and the latest version of Zoom.
• If you are a no-show for two one-on-one sessions in any 365 day period, your access to such sessions will be restricted for 90 days. You will be unable to sign-up for sessions during that period.
• If you are a no-show for two classes (any program for a capacity of 5-60 people) in any 365 day period, your access to such classes will be restricted for 90 days. You will be able to join the Standby list during that period.
• If you are a no-show for three large audience programs (more than 60 people capacity) in any 365 day period, your access to such programs will be restricted for 90 days. You will be able to join the Standby list during that period.
• If you are on the waitlist and are no longer able to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist immediately to allow others the opportunity.
• If a space opens up, you will receive an email confirming your place in the class and you are expected to attend.
• If you have received an RSVP confirmation email for your attendance and can no longer attend, please be sure to cancel your RSVP before the cancellation deadline mentioned in the email. If you do not cancel, you will be marked as a no-show.
• As soon as a session becomes available we will notify you. If added after the cancellation deadline, please note that the no-show policy does not apply if you don’t attend.
• We do not accept walk-ins, including from waitlisted individuals for classes.
• Your session is only for you. You cannot book a session for another member or non-member.
• If you are feeling sick, please do not come into our in-person labs. Instead, feel free to book a virtual session.
• Please do not adjust our equipment, including lights, microphone, stands and cameras. Our staff can adjust it to your liking and needs.
• If you don’t see a time that works for you on any given date – hit the ‘Notify Me’ button to receive an email when a new spot opens up.
• Cancellations are frequent, so we strongly encourage you to use this feature if you need an appointment on a particular date.
• Members are limited to one standard booking per calendar per week. However, if you have already booked a slot in a given week, you can use the ‘Stand By’ button, to receive last minute notifications if there are empty slots to fill.
