Video Game Auditions That Pop with Abby Trott
Sharpen video game audition reads through creative choices, specificity and self-directing, with demonstrations from pre-selected performers and an open Q&A. Performer slots require a quiet space and stable internet connection. To audit, join the waitlist.
Actor, singer and voiceover artist Abby Trott leads this workshop on making video game audition reads leap off the page. She offers approaches for getting creative with given circumstances, getting specific with choices and building comfort with self-directing, then demonstrates these ideas with a handful of pre-selected performers. The session closes with a Q&A.
Performers will receive a packet of scripts to choose from a few days before class, and should plan to attend from a quiet space with a stable internet connection so the instructor can clearly hear the read.
