The SAG-AFTRA Foundation does not sell or rent any user, member or donor information under any circumstances, and we do not share any information without prior consent except as compelled by law.
Information that the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Collects
The SAG-AFTRA Foundation collects personal information about visitors to the Site including (a) information members provide when signing up for an account, RSVPing for programs, and applying for programs and services, (b) information non-members provide when RSVPing for publicly accessible programs, (c) information users, members and donors provide when making a donation or purchasing SAG-AFTRA Foundation’s products or services, (d) information applicants provide when applying for SAG-AFTRA Foundation programs or services, (e) records of any communication by users to the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, (f) tracking data derived from your visit to and use of the Site. This confidential information is kept on file for IRS purposes. It is also used to analyze overall giving patterns in order to make more accurate budget projections, as well as to understand donors’ interests in our mission and to update them on the organization’s plans and activities. This information is shared with staff, board members, and consultants only on a confidential and need-to-know basis.
The SAG-AFTRA Foundation does not sell, rent, trade or share its donor list with any other organization.
