The Foundation and the SAG-AFTRA Motion Picture Players Welfare Fund (MPPWF) have started a Hurricane Relief Fund to provide urgent financial support to SAG-AFTRA members and families affected by all of the recent storms and flooding. We are partnering with The Actors Fund to administer the relief efforts on the ground, ensuring all SAG-AFTRA members receive the help they need.
If you, or a SAG-AFTRA member you know, is facing hardship due to the devastation caused by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, Jose, or Maria, we are here to help in this difficult time.
SAG-AFTRA members are eligible to apply to the Hurricane Relief Fund if they are currently active and have paid their dues through April 30, 2017.

The process has been streamlined to speed relief, and consists of a quick, confidential and non-invasive application and consultation to establish need. During the consultation, the social services professionals will also assess each applicant’s need for additional assistance, programs or services.
In times like these, we are not just SAG-AFTRA members, we are family.
The SAG-AFTRA Foundation is currently taking donations for the Hurricane Relief Fund. Every donation counts, big or small, and 100% of your donation will provide relief to hard-hit SAG-AFTRA members in the affected regions.
